Legal advisory related to labor law, including in relation to procedures to be followed internally by our clients in their day to day with their employees and collaborators, aimed at reducing possible contingencies related to labor aspects and using all the benefits made available by the law for companies for the best possible use of the human talent.

Always in line with labor issues, our office operates in an integrated manner, analyzing also the social security and fiscal reflexes involved.

In this aspect, the main points of activity are

  • Preparation and revision of labor and director and manager service agreements;
  • Preparation and revision of variable remuneration plans, through the profit-sharing system, options for the acquisition of quotas/shares – stock options, Fringe Benefits;
  • National and/or international employment and transfer of Brazilian or foreign employees;
  • Preparation of labor opinions in commercial operations, such as corporate acquisitions, including in relation to benefits and social security;
  • Assistance for the dismissal of employees/executives;
  • Assistance in administrative proceedings at the Labor Ministry and Unions;
  • Restructuring and downsizing of staff in M&A operations;
  • Revision of internal company policies;
  • Outsourcing of services and employment of suppliers and independent representatives;
  • Several types of opinions and advice, such as, Hiring Bonus, gratifications and different premiums, electronic point, changes in employment agreement, etc
  • Assistance in the implementation of the Profit-Sharing Program (Programa de Participação nos Lucros e Resultados – PLR);
  • Collective negotiations with syndicates from different sectors.
